We have 3 cameras on the exterior or the property. A Ring at the front door and two cameras that monitor the front (parking) and rear/side of the house. If you plan to use the fire-pit, please BYOFW :) (bring your own firewood) - Tomato House Farms sells it (less than 10 minutes away) Please note - This property is located in the woods. That's part of its charm, but please note that rural areas do come with more bugs! We have a regularly scheduled pest control but do want guests to be aware that bugs may happen. We regularly clean the slide, play area, and outdoor furniture, but with weather and natural elements, you may notice some dust, spiderwebs or staining on the furniture. Kitchen, dining, living room and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are on the second floor. 3 bedrooms, laundry and second bathroom on first floor. STR-22-0030

Guest Access
You will have private access to the entire farmhouse and outdoor areas during your stay. We offer easy self-check-in and there is plenty of space for up to four vehicles. We are tucked away in the woods (otherwise we couldn't call ourselves a Hideaway ;o) For your last stretch (approx. 1 mile) the road narrows and then gives way to a maintained gravel/dirt. Don't worry, 4WD is not required and this road is regularly traveled by compact cars, delivery trucks, and minivans (like us ;o). You'll be able to claim the true country experience as you traverse the last 1/3 mile. Take it slow and you'll have limited bumps. Consider any bumps you do feel a "country massage". Once you arrive at your hideaway, we think you'll love the seclusion it offers.

There is ample parking in front of the property. You can park on the cement driveway or on the gravel, just before the lawn. It can accommodate 4 cars. The last mile to the property is on narrow and windy road which becomes a maintained dirt/gravel road for the last 1/3 mile. It’s part of the rural experience to get to your hideaway and the bumps provide a "country massage" during your last stretch ;o) 4WD is not needed and the road is traversed daily by small cars and minivans (that’s us). We like to call it the Indiana Jones ride without going to Disneyland ;o)
